Qual Recruitment is the trading name of Quality Precision Group Limited. We are a temporary staffing agency working only in healthcare. That means the shifts we fill are on wards, in care homes, in supported living settings and in the community, and the people we place are registered nurses, healthcare assistants, support workers and allied professionals.
You come to us because a rota has a gap in it. Perhaps someone has gone off sick, perhaps your occupancy has risen faster than your recruitment, or perhaps you simply need an extra pair of hands on a night shift. You tell us what you need, when you need it and where the site is, and we go and find someone suitable.
We keep our compliance checks tight, because you cannot afford to inherit someone else's problem. Every worker we put forward has the right to work in the UK, a current DBS check, up-to-date mandatory training and references we have actually spoken to someone about. We check registration where a role requires it, and we re-check on a schedule rather than once at sign-up.
For the people who work with us, the arrangement is straightforward too. You tell us the shifts you can cover, the distance you are willing to travel and the settings you prefer, and we offer you work that fits. We pay weekly, we answer the phone, and we do not send you somewhere you have already told us you will not go.
Most of our bookings start with a single shift and turn into something more regular. You get to see how someone works before you commit to anything longer, and you can stop or continue booking them as you wish. There is no tie-in and no minimum number of hours to promise us.
